After payment email us (on info@abanyakigezi.org) including the following details and we will be happy to send you an official letter from the Convention to be used as part of your visa application:

Refund information
Convention registration are not refundable and Registration fees cannot be exchanged or transferred.
Registered delegate
Once you have paid your registration fees towards the convention or sponsorship package chosen, we shall send you a confirmation letter as our partner/sponsor, an invitation letter confirming your registration number, hotel booking and any other necessary documents required from us to support your application.
